About Archipelago Health

A Jersey company, built around island health systems.

Archipelago Health was founded in 2026 to bring predictive metabolomic screening to communities where it has not previously been available. We are the distributor for Nightingale Health across the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, Bermuda and Cayman, and we deliver the test under our own brand, Longitude.

Island health systems are small, closely connected, and carry a high burden of cardiometabolic disease. That combination means a prevention programme can reach a meaningful share of a population quickly, using the doctors and laboratories already there. We do not build anything parallel. We work through what exists.

What we add is the clinical layer around the test: interpretation guidance signed off by our Chief Clinical Advisor, training for every partner clinician before their first patient, and coordination between the practice, the laboratory and the analysing laboratory.
