Archipelago Health
Predictive health screening for island communities.
Archipelago Health works with island health systems. We bring predictive metabolomic screening to the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, Bermuda, Cayman and the Caribbean, through the doctors, laboratories and employers already serving those communities.
Islands are small, closely connected, and carry a heavy burden of cardiometabolic disease. That combination is exactly where prevention at scale is achievable, and exactly where it tends to be overlooked. It is the only thing we work on.
Our first programme is Longitude.

Launch
Longitude is available in Jersey from November 2026 through participating GP practices and laboratories.

Your ten-year horizon.
Longitude is a blood test that looks forward. From a single sample it produces a ten-year risk score for heart attack, ischaemic stroke, type 2 diabetes, chronic kidney disease and fatty liver disease, alongside a full lipid and metabolic panel.
A standard blood test is very good at telling you what has already happened. Longitude is designed to tell you what is coming, while there is still time to do something about it.
How Longitude worksHow to get it
Longitude is available through participating GP practices and laboratories in Jersey from November 2026. Your own doctor orders the test, receives the result, and goes through it with you. Every Longitude result is designed to be reviewed with a clinician.
Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Bermuda and Cayman follow.
For practices, laboratories and employers
If you are a GP practice, a diagnostic laboratory, or an employer looking at workforce health, there is a partner programme for you.
